     If you are calling to verify a date of graduation for employment, please email the School Counseling Office Administrative Assistant, Lynn Drawec, at ldrawec@belchertownps.org who will assist you.

     During the closure some alumni high school transcripts may not be readily available.  Please email the School Counseling Office Administrative Assistant, Lynn Drawec, at ldrawec@belchertownps.org who will assist you.

SCHOLARSHIPS

 

Scholarship opportunities are available to BHS Seniors.  Scholarship applications and information have been emailed to BHS Seniors.  If any senior has not received this scholarship information, please email ldrawec@belchertownps.org or your school counselor.

Seniors, to submit local scholarship applications (scholarships given by individuals or organizations in Belchertown or surrounding towns - i.e. Edward F. Czupkiewicz Jr. Memorial Scholarship, Belchertown Lions Club Scholarship, Hope United Methodist Human Services Scholarship, et al) that need to be turned into the Counseling Office, please take the best picture possible with your cell phone of the completed scholarship page(s) - make sure the picture is very clear - and email the pictures of the completed application forms and any other required attachments to Ms.Drawec at ldrawec@belchertownps.org.  If you have any questions, please email Ms. Drawec.  

 

Belchertown Scholarship Fund Scholarship Available!

 

Due to COVID-19 the Belchertown Scholarship Fund Application deadline has been extended, and the application submittal process has changed.

  1. All applications must be submitted on paper no later than Thursday, May 21, 2020 – no exceptions.
  1. All applications must be dropped off at the Central/Superintendent’s Office, 14 Maple Street, Belchertown, MA.
  1. The applications must be hand-delivered either in person or in the drop box. The drop box will be located outside the Central/Superintendent’s Office main/front door, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm only.
  1. Application packages must be dated and clearly marked: Scholarship Application Year 2020. Only properly completed applications will be accepted and considered for award year 2021.

During the closure due to the COVID-19 virus, please contact the School Counseling Office Administrative Assistant at ldrawec@belchertownps.org if you are in need of a transcript.  Please note, due to the closure some transcripts may not be readily available.  

If you are a graduate of BHS/attended BHS
and you need a copy of your transcript,
you can either (1) call the BHS
Counseling Office at
413-323-9351 or (2) email the Administrative
Assistant at ldrawec@belchertownps.org.

You must provide your name (clearly spelled),
your graduation year or years of attendance, the complete
address of where you would like your transcript sent,
and a telephone number where you can be reached
(in case further information is needed).
